Adoption Policy:

We guarantee the animal is healthy, well fed and free from illness at the time of purchase. You will have 48h to take your chinchilla to a licensed veterinarian for a health checkup and if it is found to be unhealthy you are welcome to bring the animal back for a replacement when one is available.

After 48 hours it is the buyer’s responsibility and no health guarantee applies.

 Each chin comes with a pedigree ( with the exception of  PET ONLY Animals, see below), 2 weeks supply of food, chinchilla dust, Oxbow Timothy Hay and a few sweet pine heat treated chew sticks.

All Pet ONLY Quality chinchillas are sold without pedigrees so they will not be bred.

We reserve the right to screen potential buyers and to cancel a sale at any time via our discretion. Please note: You must be at least 18 years of age or have your parents contact us in order to purchase one of our chins. We might ask buyers many questions, because We want our  animals to go to loving, knowledgeable home.

PAYMENT:

Generally, we work on a first come, first serve basis. We require 50% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a chinchilla. Deposit must be received within 10 days of the date that you agree to purchase the chin, or the chin will go back up for sale. Once the deposit is received we will hold your chinchilla for 30 days for no additional charge. If you don’t pick up your chinchilla within 30 days he/she will go back for sale. Discount given with purchase of 2 or more chins. We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier’s checks and cash on delivery.  Paypal is a preferred method of payment. If you want to pay via Paypal please click on the link provided. We are paypal verified.

SHIPPING:

We do not ship live animals at this time but might consider it in the future.
